THESE CHARGERS ARE COMPLETELY HORRIBLE WITH THEIR FRONT ENDS, DODGE OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED WITH THEMSELVES. I THOUGHT UPGRADING MY 2007 TO A BRAND NEW 2014 WITH "IMPROVES SUSPENSION" WOULD STOP THE CONSTANT FRONT END ISSUES. IT IS THE SAME OLD SHIT WITH THIS CAR. AFTER ONLY 31,000 MILES, I GET A LOUD CLUNK EVERY TIME I BACK OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY AND I CAN NOW HEAR THE FRONT END BEGINING TO GET LOOSE AND CLUNK AROUND WHILE DRIVING. I WILL NEVER BUY A CHARGER OR ANY DODGE PRODUCT EVER AGAIN!
NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THEY DO NOT UPDATE THEIR UCONNECT TO ACCOMODATE NEW TECHNOLOGY AND WANT TO CHARGE $150 TO UPDATE THE GARMIN MAPS WHEN YOU CAN BUY A $100 GARMIN AT BEST BUY WITH FREE MAP UPDATES FOR LIFE.
SUB PAR VEHICLES AND SUB PAR SERVICE, AND THIS IS COMING FROM A TRUE MOPAR LOVER.
IT IS NOT JUST MY VEHICLE WE HAVE 6 AT OUR POLICE DEPARTMENT AND IT IS CONSTANT SUSPENSION AND STEERING ISSUES ON THESE THINGS, ITS A COMPLETE DISGRACE.

STOP YELLING AT ME lol
In all seriousness, sorry to hear about your issues. I too have a slight clunk in the front driver's side on my 07 RT so I know how it feels. It's nothing that deters me from Mopars though as my next car will be s Scat Pack Challenger. Hoping they don't have those issues as well.

Sorry about your issues. I've had 3 and none of them had any suspension issues. But I do share your frustration with the nav update and uconnect. Those should be free for the first 5 years.
Its your right to move on if you like. If I was in your shoes, i probability would too.

It happens. Hell my 09 Pontiac G8 GT had to have the control arms, strut towers and bushings replaced at only 19k miles. These types of cars are hard on front ends. Lots of makes have suspension issues. It comes with the territory. You have 31k and it's a 2014 so you should have 3/36 warranty left. Take it in to a decent dealer and have it fixed before your warranty expires.

I get the same noise backing out of my driveway. Not much of a "drop" either. I find myself performing this maneuver as slow as possible. Meanwhile, cars are coming at me too fast. And I live in a subdivision with lots of small kids. Even though I really like my 06 r/t, I've put a bunch of money into it, and am concerned about the money pit issue. The purchase by Fiat in 2014 should help w/ the better parts issue!

Earlier last year, I replaced the front upper control arm, ball joints and stabilizer link and sway bar bushings of my 09 Police Charger because of loud clunking sound. The clunking sound returned about few weeks ago and sounded worst than before. So over the weekend, I replaced the front struts, stabilizer links, sway bar bushings and the lower suspension arm and ball joint assembly. Right now my car rides great and hoping that will last for a very long time.....

I have a 2015 charger with the same problem. My struts and lower control arms were replaced under warranty at around 28,000 miles. I'm now hovering around 41k more miles on the replaced ones and the sound is back. It's uneasy pulling out of the driveway, and feels like the front end is going to snap off. Outside of the car, you can hear it pop going over a slight bump and inside going down the road you can feel it giving a tougher ride than normal. Never had a car that has had this problem. It's a daily driven, highway miles ~ 18k a year.
Would this fall into lemon territory? I know they are meant to be replaced around 60k-100k. Though these have failed twice now well before...

If you have a Lemon Law question, I'd suggest you post a new topic with more information, such as when you bought your Charger, whether it was new or used, and when the other parts were replaced. Resurrecting a nearly four-year-old thread isn't doing you any favors.

To be clear, this isn't resurrecting a 4-year old thread if the issue didn't die. It's still occurring which means it's still alive.
To answer your other question, the car is a 2015 new charger, that was bought in 2016.
part was replaced in 2018 @ 30k miles. Now that, that is covered, I may have located a possible fix under their website for those interested. If you had it replaced by A dealership under 36k warranty, then The part is covered outside of 24 months just not labor. I'm at the 25month mark so the labor wouldn't be covered. This came from mopar support line, 1 (800) 992-1997.

Saying "To be clear" doesn't change the fact that you resurrected a thread that's been dead since 2016 to essentially say "my Charger clunks too".
By your logic, every thread that's ever been posted about Charger front end clunks is still "live" as long as there are still Chargers out there with that problem.
If your goal is to get useful feedback on your issue, especially as you're asking about other issues such as Lemon Law applicability, I would encourage you to start a new thread.

138,000 miles on my 2013 Daytona with no front end issues ever. Every time I get in it, I can't help but think how tight it is and how good it still handles!

I averaged over 30,000 miles per year the first three years. I was getting the oil changed every 7-8 weeks. Love my Chargers! Unfortunately, am in the middle of downsizing and both are for sale right now.
